This was so good. It takes a little time, but well worth. served it with mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus. Would definitely make again.

Very good!!! I made a roux, added chicken broth, white wine and some cream. Served with roasted potatoes, carrots, and onions. Used havarti with jalapeno in order to use the last of it, and didn't add the cheese until the last 4 to 5 minutes of cooking.

Made it for my family and it was such a hit! Super easy to make :) My only suggestion would be to use low sodium chicken broth because it was just a wee bit too salty.

Shocked at how great this turned out! I used white zin for the wine. I didn't have mozzarella so I used a pepper jack and habenaro shredded cheese mix with grated parm. Also threw some cayenne on the chicken before I cooked it. Husband and 7-yr old loved it! Which is shocking, too!

I made this dish last night and it really came out delicious. I cut a few corners any did not measure flour s&p, paremesan &mozzerella cheese. I used baby bella mushrooms & I doubled the recipe and baked the chicken breasts for only 15mins. I will definitely make this again.

Excellent recipe! It has great flavor! This is something I will make quite often-very light recipe and easy to make!

We really enjoyed this recipe, however we did make a few alterations to make it more like the Olive Garden version... First off, we didn't cost the chicken in flour but seared it before adding a combo of butter and olive oil (just our preference) then cooked it a few more minutes on each side. We added some garlic with the mushrooms and after we removed the mushrooms we made a roux of equal parts butter and flour, then added the Marsala and chicken broth and some milk and Parmesan to the roux to make a cream sauce and poured that over the chicken. We served it over angel hair pasta with the cream sauce for the noodles and crumbled a little bacon on top. It was wonderful!!

This is one of my favorite chicken recipes! We eat quite a bit of chicken, and this is one of the easiest and tastiest in my repertoire. Great for a dinner party.
