- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 cup chopped celery (finely)
- 1 cup carrots (finely chopped)
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/4 cup butter (cubed + 1 tablespoon)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 10.75 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (or additional chicken broth)
- 3 cups wild rice (cooked)
- 3 cups cooked chicken (cubed, I used a rotisserie chicken that I picked up from the store to speed up the process)

Came out pretty well but needed some salt. The step with flour and butter resulted in just a bunch of chunks of flour
