very good flavor! it wasn't really filling enough on it's own, so I served on top of noodles.

Quick, tasty and super healthy dish! Great option if you have a refrigerator full of assorted veggies you want to use up! Only thing I will change next time is mix the sauce with arrowroot or cornstarch to thicken so it sticks better to better cover the veggies. This will become one of my go-to meals for weeknights.

Very tasty and super easy. My kiddos gobbled it up! Saved time by buying shredded carrots and bagged cabbage. Also split ingredients and made one vegan version adding mushrooms to vegan stir fry.
