- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 onion (small, diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (large, diced)
- 4 stalks celery (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 1 1/2 cups orzo (or whole wheat orzo)
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes in juice (can of, organic)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (finely chopped)

Made this with everything except the clams and saffron threads. Yum!!! Which is unfortunate because of the amount of calories! But for real, yum!
