    Loved this recipe!! Next time I will cut the potatoes smaller or maybe wrap it in aluminum foil to help them cook through. Tasty!

    Perfect recipe! I personally would add more spinach we also added mushrooms and it tasted great! And we used 3 nice sized breasts cut in half and 👌🏻 so delicious!

    Rated good overall, but the “cream sauce” separated and it was basically just chicken and potatoes sitting in grease/oil.. chicken came out nice and moist though! Some potatoes were slightly undercooked, but I never have luck with potatoes.

    Way too greasy. This was also not good for reheating the next day because the butter separates out from the rest of the sauce making the dish unpalatable.

    After reading that the potatoes and chicken don’t cook through in 30 minutes in the oven, I decided to try cooking this in a covered skillet. Cut the potatoes into small bites, and cooked the chicken on both sides for about 5 min each. I served this with rice so I made extra sauce. I added mushrooms and chopped purple/red tomatoes with the spinach which was such a great combination of flavors. One change to the sauce was I added about 4-5 dashes of Worcestershire sauce. This meal was a huge hit in my home! Thank you for sharing!

    Flavor was amazing but I wish that I had read the comments beforehand. The cooking time could easily have been upped to an hour.

    It was good meal, cut the potatoes up smaller and microwaved them for 4 minutes and they came out awesom.

    Taking other reviews into consideration, I had precooked the potatoes a bit and let the chicken cook longer while browning as well, before putting everything in the oven. I added mushrooms and extra spinach and sauce. It took WAY TOO LONG for everything to get cooked through. I even doubled the temperature and cooking time. So not worth it in the end. Flavor was just okay.

    Turned out great! Did need to cook a little longer for the chicken and potatoes to cook thoroughly however. But the cream sauce is wonderful, everyone loved it! It’s a keeper!!

    flavor was great. but i quartered the potatoes and 25-30 minutes was not long enough to cook them through. directions dont say to cover with aluminum. but i think it would have improved the dish.

    This was a very delicious meal that I made for my hunny💖 It was fantastic and I will make it again when I have a babysitter. not the easiest meal to make when you have a household of children and a newborn to take care of. 😂
