Rated good overall, but the “cream sauce” separated and it was basically just chicken and potatoes sitting in grease/oil.. chicken came out nice and moist though! Some potatoes were slightly undercooked, but I never have luck with potatoes.

    It turned out very creamy!

Way too greasy. This was also not good for reheating the next day because the butter separates out from the rest of the sauce making the dish unpalatable.

After reading that the potatoes and chicken don’t cook through in 30 minutes in the oven, I decided to try cooking this in a covered skillet. Cut the potatoes into small bites, and cooked the chicken on both sides for about 5 min each. I served this with rice so I made extra sauce. I added mushrooms and chopped purple/red tomatoes with the spinach which was such a great combination of flavors. One change to the sauce was I added about 4-5 dashes of Worcestershire sauce. This meal was a huge hit in my home! Thank you for sharing!

Flavor was amazing but I wish that I had read the comments beforehand. The cooking time could easily have been upped to an hour.

It was good meal, cut the potatoes up smaller and microwaved them for 4 minutes and they came out awesom.

Taking other reviews into consideration, I had precooked the potatoes a bit and let the chicken cook longer while browning as well, before putting everything in the oven. I added mushrooms and extra spinach and sauce. It took WAY TOO LONG for everything to get cooked through. I even doubled the temperature and cooking time. So not worth it in the end. Flavor was just okay.

Turned out great! Did need to cook a little longer for the chicken and potatoes to cook thoroughly however. But the cream sauce is wonderful, everyone loved it! It’s a keeper!!

flavor was great. but i quartered the potatoes and 25-30 minutes was not long enough to cook them through. directions dont say to cover with aluminum. but i think it would have improved the dish.

This was a very delicious meal that I made for my hunny💖 It was fantastic and I will make it again when I have a babysitter. not the easiest meal to make when you have a household of children and a newborn to take care of. 😂

So good! Not bad for a first attempt (and for someone who isn’t too experienced with cooking) - Though for next time I would definitely give myself an extra hour of prep time since I had to make double the chicken. (And add more than 3 cups of chopped spinach leaves) Would definitely make again! Also, if you’re going to put two in the oven at once, I would suggest leaving it in for roughly an hour.

Wonderful! I left the spinach out because my kids won’t eat it. The kids and husband loved it!

Turned out amazing I cooked the chicken for about 7 mins and steamed the potatoes for about 10 mins before baking I also added additional measurements of: 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of half and half, and 1/2 cup of parm. The sauce consistency and taste was amazing. I served with noodles. Everyone loved!

too greasy for me, the thighs didn't fully cook within 25 to 30 minutes. by the time the thighs were cooked, the creamy sauce started to separate. i whisked the sauce to keep it together, but when i put it in the fridge, it separated again. too much butter for my taste.

Absolutely delicious! Used chicken breast instead and it still came out wonderful!

I cooked the potatoes separately since others said the cook time wasn’t enough to be cooked with the chicken, but it was very good and my toddler and husband loved it! (My sons plate pictured)

this was pretty great. I used boneless skinless thigh. it was a little complicated due to the amount of ingredients but once i got organized it went well. Hubs gave it two thumbs up . will make again

This recipe was Delicious! I did alter the potatoes it called for and just cut them smaller to ensure they cooked through. I also increased the amount of sauce to have enough to drizzle over the steamed asparagus I paired with it all. My family was extremely pleased with the outcome, as was I. I will definitely make this again!

excellent family friendly dinner. everyone loved it! I took advice from the reviews and made an alternate plan for the potatoes. Heres what worked for me.... i pan fried them in 1 tbs of butter, salt & pepper on med high heat...when they started to brown I added about 2-3 cups of water and flash boiled them about 3-5 min., drained, then added them to the 9x13 with the chicken & cream sauce...and baked as described. Worked out great! Will make again!

Great sauce! Found that the potatoes didn’t soften up as much as I wanted them to, so I ended up pan frying some of them in butter and garlic and they were great.

Turned out really well! We used chicken breast instead of thighs. I found that the potatoes weren’t cooked enough to our liking after the required time in the oven so it ended up being left it in the oven for 40 minutes. I turned the chicken after 25 minutes. Will make again but I think next time, instead of having the potato’s in it, I’ll just do chicken in the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce and serve with rice :)
