This recipe is quite good! I had no noodles, but plenty of potatoes and carrots. I sauteed the meat in a dutch oven after sauteeing bacon, onion, and celery. I then added the chicken breasts, adding water to cover the chicken, carrots, and potatoes. I then put the lid on it and left it alone! My goodness, this came out good!
