Very bland. It's missing something but I don't know what.
I didn't hate it, but I doubt I would make it again.

This was such a hearty soup and great on a cold night. I made it as written only added a can of corn. I think the corn made it taste more like a corn chowder so would leave it out next time. Some pearl onions might be good to add.

Added a good size dollop of cream cheese at the end just bc I love cream cheese! Yum!

This was my second time making this soup. It is delicious. Very hearty, a meal in a bowl. I added crusty sour dough bread to complete the meal. I don’t add the cheese until I’m eating it because since there are only two of us we don’t finish it in 1 sitting. I also find that this is a good way to use up turkey leftovers. I make stock using the carcass from a bird and there is enough meat left on the bones to measure at least 2 cups.

Delicious! I added diced zucchini and mushrooms to the veggies. I also used onion and garlic powder to season.

Didn’t come out quite as thick as I had expected. The sauce tasted cheesy which I guess is the point haha, but I’m not a big cheese person I thought it was going to be a bit more subtle. BF liked it pretty well, but didn’t want it added to the regular meal
