I made this tonight and honestly I was nervous because it only had 2 stars. It was absolutely delicious!! I work out of town 24 days out of a month so i really rely on my instant pot and these recipes. I will be saving this on. Just my opinion, but this recipe should be well over 2 stars. I give it 5 stars.
