Pretty good. I’ll definitely make again, but I’ll use less cumin and cilantro next time.

This was absolutely amazing! I actually didn’t use the chicken breast but baked chicken thighs with a roasting seasoning and shredded it the night before. I then assembled the soup per the directions and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Don’t skip on the fresh lime juice and avocado!! And don’t forget the cilantro! Wonderful, flavorful soup and my husband loved it-win! I will be making this a lot. And left overs for lunches are perfect!

It was great. I forgot to get the diced tomatoes with chilies so I substituted with a can of roasted diced tomatoes and added green pepper hot sauce to it. Turned out pretty good.

Wow, with avocado it is a bomb. Only adding too much of hot pepper I got a hiccup. Xd

Amazing flavour, I used a juicer for the limes (if you have one I recommend using it) and I ended up using both halves. At first I thought it would be too spicy because there was a lot of jalapeños compared to the other vegetables, but the lime and tomato really cut the heat, a delicious combination.

We followed the recipe exactly. Turned out great! Even my picky toddler ate it.

This recipe is an awesome base. I added two more limes for more zest, more onion, carrots as well as 2 cans of canned green Chiles. Epic!!

A bit bland and needs more ingredients besides what this soup has
The one thing I do like about it is the lime flavor. I used 3 for extra zing

Delicious! Diced two medium tomatoes instead of canned. Added salt, lime and cilantro at the middle and end of cooking and it came out so yummy. Picture is in pot and before adding avocado to bowl. Definitely passing recipe to friends and making again!
