- 4 cups chicken (cooked, chopped or shredded, I used a 1 ½ pound package of boneless skinless breasts)

- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 cup parsley (loosely packed, finely chopped)
