Turned out pretty good. May have added a few more spices. But still pretty good!

This was pretty good and I did appreciate the tip on the use of parchment paper baking cups. Some substitutions I made were using 4 teaspoons of dried cilantro (yes, I know fresh is better but I just don’t use it enough), a bit more cheese and a bit more chicken. I served it with some salsa and did enjoy it. Not quite sure, however that I would make it again but it was easy to make.
