- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 clove garlic (small)
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (from 1 small lemon)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives (finely)
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme (finely)
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 6 cups baby arugula
- 1 1/2 cups berries (each fresh, feel free to use whatever types are freshest and available. I used strawberries, blackberries and blueberries)
- 1 avocado (large, peeled, cored and diced)
- 1/2 cup shallot (sliced, or red onion)
- 3 cups chicken breast (shredded rotisserie)
