The soup turned out well assuming I interpreted the recipe correctly. Edamame and spinach listed in the ingredients but not instructed when to incorporate into the soup. The instructions were also botched up as part of step 1 included instructions for step 3. In the photo, I don’t see any spinach or hints of edamame. So now I am wondering whether or not those ingredients were intended for this recipe. Hmmmm. Guess I’ll never know. The soup was fine otherwise and only held off giving a 5 rating because of the shotty instructions and/or inaccurate photo. And this was a “Food and Wine” recipe?
