- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 sweet onion (finely chopped)
- 3 large carrots (finely chopped)

- 1 tsp. salt (or more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped, fresh is key!)

- 8 Tbsp. coconut oil (unrefined organic)
- 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
- 1 egg (pasture-raised, I add this, the package does not say to do it but they hold together better)
