very good, i didn't add the thickening part because i made the dumplings in small batches and didnt shake off extra flour. came out just as thick as memaws.

Delicious!!! Adding the poultry seasoning to the dumplings added great flavor. Everyone loved this and will definitely make again. I made as directions said and only addd a little extra seasoning at the end - black pepper, onion powder, a dash of sage and a bit of poultry seasoning to the broth.

Turned out exceptionally well. Easy to follow directions. I substituted regular milk for buttermilk and I don’t think it affected the flavor.

Turned out well! a little more buttermilk in the dumplings and we used the veggies as a garnish on top instead of tossing them. A good base for a heaety southern classic.

Had to up recipe by half to feed large family.They turned out delicious highly recommend poultry seasoning, gave the noodle more flavor!

This recipe was good! I did do some minor edits such as not cooking with the vegetables at the beginning, but it still came out good with a good flavor with substitute seasonings.

I really enjoyed this. Next time I will add a couple bay leaves and maybe some thyme. However, the dumplings were perfect as is.

Absolutely amazing. I had to add a bit of flour extra for the dumpling to get the right consistency. When I boiled the chicken I used a chicken stock and water mix and added parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, basil, salt and 2 bay leaves. Also I used a flour corn starch mix for my thickening. Best chicken and dumplings I’ve ever had!

I used broth instead of milk and needed more flour it took a few tries to get the right thickness but they tasted great
