    Flavour is great, very mediterranean/moroccan. I opted for skinning the chicken so there wouldn't be any extra fats. Don't add too much water, even though it seems like it's not enough for cooking the chicken. After bringing to a boil it seemed to be simmering quite alright at the minimum temperature my stove has (convection). I didn't have any couscous on hand so I used quinoa instead and I think it worked out perfectly, but ends up being a dish very high in protein with the meat, chickpeas and quinoa. Still, very delicious and enjoyable with a glass of rosé.
