- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil (Vegetable oil is fine, if you can’t have Peanut Oil)
- 6 whole garlic cloves (peeled and crushed, or minced, if you prefer)
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (skinless and, cut into finger-size strips)
- 2 red bell peppers (2 if they’re not too big, cut into strips)
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine (or dry Sherry)
- 5 Tbsp. hoisin sauce (or to taste*)
- 1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts (you can also dry roast them quickly on the stove-top)
- 6 scallions (Green Onions, cut into 1-inch lengths)
- 3 drops sesame oil (to taste)
