- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 4 cups broccoli florets (300g)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (divided)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ginger (grated, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)

Didn't have dark soy sauce, but it still turned out great. Added thinly sliced carrots on the bias and blanched with broccoli. Also added a tablespoon of hoisin to sauce mixture. This is one of our favorite meals!

Really good, I added hoisin sauce and mushroom flavored soy sauce as well, great flavor mix!!!
