Surprisingly delicious! As my husband said, “it’s not going to win any photography contests but it’s really, really good!” Kindof a process to prepare all the ingredients but if you prep ahead, it comes together fast. I baked ours in a cast iron skillet without foil (uncovered) for 20 mins and the cheese was the perfectly browned, slightly crispy texture that gives this no-carb delight it’s yummy goodness! I think next time I’ll add some sautéed mushrooms to the recipe since it’s already a little quichy.

Such a simple recipe to make packed with so much flavor (even for a chicken and broccoli dish that's healthy for you, too)!!
