Very yummy. Will definitely make it again. I didn’t use the full amounts of ingredients called for and used white rice instead. 😍

It looked great BUT it tasted horrible. There was too much sodium from the soy sauce. The only thing any one ate was the rice that was not touched by the sauce. I followed this recipe to a solid T, minus the scallions. I was just disappointed.

Delicious! I used 1/2 cup unsalted chicken stock and lots of garlic, as well as frozen steamed broccoli. Wanted to eat it all myself!

There was too much sauce. I would reduce the amount of chicken stock to 1/2 c or even 1/4 c next time.

Turned out great. I added some chopped carrot and yellow onion when cooking the garlic. Also added brown sugar and used low sodium soy sauce. My family ate it all.

I really enjoyed this. I cut back on the salt a little per others feedback and was very happy with the result. I would make again.

I made this with low sodium soy sauce and chicken stock and it was too salty for my taste any recommendations how to cut the salt back even more??? The flavor is good but for me was hidden by salty taste
