    These were really tasty and so simple to make. I cook chicken breasts in bulk in the crockpot and then shred them up for easy meals. You could easily add chiles or peppers to the mix. Baking them allowed for the entire taco, including the bottom, to be crunchy. And the cheese in the mixture melts into the taco shell and keeps your filling inside while while you are eating it. Will definitely be making these again!
