This was great, really liked the addition of barley. Definitely needed to add additional broth at the end.

I wish the instructions told us to add more broth in the beginning, but over all it's delicious! This might completely counter the healthy aspect of this dish, but I cooked my chicken in unsalted butter. It complimented the lemon really well.

Easy and tasty. Made as per the recipe and did wonders for a cold. Would definitely make it again!!!
