- 1/2 cooked chicken (breast of, chopped, I like Cajun spice on mine in this saladFOR THE DRESSING)
- 2 oz. lime juice (fresh squeezed, about 2 Limes)
- 2 oz. olive oil
- 1 oz. honey
- 1 oz. mustard (I used French's, but you can use Dijon or any Mustard)
