Love this! I didn’t have a plain avocado but I did have guacamole that I substituted. Turned out great! 10/10 recommend.

The family loved these, especially my picky teenage son! I threw the burritos on the grill after wrapping, and they turned out great.

Very good me dish. I used a chili lime seasoning on the grilled chicken. Very filling and everyone loved it.

I marinated sliced chicken breasts for 24 hrs (equal parts lime,soy sauce and oil) to make the chicken more flavorful. Rice a Roni makes a lime cilantro rice that is delicious so I made that in the microwave. Baked the chicken strips at the same time the rice was cooking. Assembled the chicken strips, rice, mont jack cheese and avocado inside the tortilla. Squeezed fresh lime over the ingredients and rolled up like a burrito. Sprayed the tortilla with cooking spray so it would get crispy when baked in oven. Salsa , sour cream and extra fresh lime on the side. Delicious!! Sounds complicated but very easy to assemble once the chicken and rice are cooked. This would work with store bought shredded rotisserie chicken also. The fresn lime gives it a burst of flavor. My vegetarian daughter liked it with the rice, avocado and cheese and no chicken. Enjoy!!

Pretty tasty! I definitely recommend grilling the burrito rather than just rolling it cold. Grilling after assembly really melded the flavors!

Turned out delicious! Found a separate recipe for the chicken as this one just says cooked chicken lol... but combined it was all fantastic.

These were yummy! I folded them up and crisped them in an oiled cast iron skillet, didn't add anything extra and it was very tasty!

This was absolutely amazing! I put my own spin on it by making the chicken pineapple habanero flavored & also added in some lime & herb rice. I didn’t use any sour cream or cilantro because it didn’t feel needed. I highly recommend experimenting with different flavors for the chicken! It was a very quick and fulfilling meal.

Wow was this meal amazing in every way. I had never had salsa verde before making this and I just love avocados so much. So quick to make. I already bought more chicken to make it again tomorrow!!

Turned out way better than I thought! I cooked the chicken in some lemon juice and poultry seasoning and it was perfection.

Added salt, pepper and cumin to the avocado and chicken. And some green onions. Delicious.
