Turned out great easy to make and tasty my picky 1.5 year old considered eating it. That’s more than I can say for most other chicken recipes I’ve tried 😁

I had to quadruple sauce and added bacon and chilies sauce. Could not find mirin spice so left it out.

Great recipe! I thought the food turned out really well. It was pretty easy to make, too. The fresh ginger gave it a nice kick, but was not overpowering.
