- 1 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico Olive Oil
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 12 prebaked pizza crusts (prebaked )
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 oz)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Heat Olive Oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir in Sauce and parsley and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Arrange pizza crust on ungreased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Evenly top with chicken mixture, then top with cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
