- water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 onion
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- salt
- oregano
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 chicken breast halves (skinless, deboned, and thinly sliced)
- cooking oil (spray)

Directions
- Open the chilies, remove the seeds, and soak in hot water for 15 minutes.
- Once softened, grind in a food processor with the garlic, onion, vinegar, salt to taste, and oregano.
- Pour the sauce into a bowl, add the mayonnaise, and marinate the chicken in this mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Spray cooking oil in a skillet and place over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown.
