- 1 Tbsp. i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1/3 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 pkg. knorr pasta sides - butter

Directions
- Melt Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in water, wine, cream and mustard. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Butter. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
