This turned out great! Some modifications, I didnt put in the pineapple juice and instead of parsnips I put in a couple of potatoes. I also added 1 teaspoon of salt and used regular chicken stock. I would probably use a little less pepper next time.

I loved this spin on chicken stew. The pineapple juice gave it a unique and refreshing flavor. I did not use parsnips because I forgot to buy them at the store, but I think they would have made the soup heartier.

Not too bad, except that it could do without some ingredients like Parsnip and pineapple juice. No doubt it is a rather healthy dish, but it could have tasted better as it lacked salt which is not mentioned at all in the recipe. I will have some more from the leftover tomorrow, this time with more salt added and....chilly.
