- 12 chicken breast halves (skinless, or you can use a whole cooked rotisserie chicken)
- 2 tsp. salt (divided)
- 20 oz. spinach
- broth
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 10.75 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 24 oz. sour cream (cartons)
- 12 oz. diced green chilies (drained)
- 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (divided)
- 16 flour tortillas (I use whole wheat instead. You may need more than 16 tortillas.)
