Easy, one-pan, weeknight dinner. If I make this again, I know to go crazy with some Italian or Tex-Mex seasoning since the final result is a tad bland.

It turned out great! I did add cheese and tomatoes after it was all done cooking which seemed to add a little more flavor. Without it was good too! Will definitely make it again!
