It was very easy and very tasty I added mushroom instead of peas and extra soy sauce and garlic. Not a good recipe for beginner cooks as many of the ingredients did not have specific measurements or preparation techniques.

Will definitely make again but with chicken breast rather than thighs changed the veg a little, added tomatoes and pineapple.

A firm favourite now. The thing I liked about this recipe was the way the chicken was cooked. It was so tasty and tender, in fact it took self control not to eat the chicken instead of shredding it lol. In the past I wouldn’t have entertained using chilli peppers but I sliced really finely and I’m hooked on them now. This dish is versatile too because you can add any ingredient for a stir fry you wish and change it up like mushrooms or mange tout. Mixing lemon with soy sauce really does balance out the flavours. Highly recommend this dish.

I loved this so much! I didn't put any chilli in it because i don't like spice, I used turkey instead of chicken, i sprinkled in some ground ginger instead of the peices and added a little more rice than it says. I also recommend adding a little bit of sesame oil for flavour.
