- 15 oz. chick peas (rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup seedless cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Organic Original)
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves (loosely packed)

Directions
- Combine chicken, chick peas, cucumber, feta, Hellmann's® Organic Original, mint, onion and lemon juice in large bowl. Add spinach and toss gently.
