It taste great! Like others mentioned I would probably use less salt next time. The patty has a lot of juice coming out while being cooked. Next time , I may squeeze some juice out of the zucchini before mixing. Will definitely make it again.

These were awesome! The flavor and texture were great. We paired them with a little jalapeño cilantro ranch sauce for dipping

was good. felt like it was missing something. would doctor it if i made jt again. served with marinara sauce to improve taste was good

They were good but a little bland so I added some chicken spices to it. I didn’t have any ripe avocados to make the dip but I would make these again. I did cut the salt in half because I usually don’t add salt to my food unless necessary.

Very good! I would definitely play around with how finely you grate the zucchini to get different textures. Also play around with the seasoning, I added hamburger seasoning because I felt it tasted a bit bland.

These turned out pretty good besides the salt! Wow sooo much salt! I made them the second time around and barely used a fraction of what was recommended. Much better! Had to try the popper/pattie a little longer than the directions recommended. It all depends on how thick your popper is. Thanks for the recipe!

They would not hold together at all - made a huge mess and the flavor wasn’t worth the hassle

My family loved these. I found them easier to cook in a wok. While I like them...I wish I had added some more flavor...Like red pepper flakes or some extra garlic powder and/or sun-dried tomatoes paste. However....They were easy, yummy and healthy.

It was great. We added some crushed red pepper and italian seasoning because we love spices. So going to make it a regular.

Was so yummy. It's hard to find quick and easy recipes for lunches, but this was definitely satisfying especially with a side of homemade guacamole.

We loved these. I used squash instead of zucchini because that's what I had. I also added some hot peppers.
