This was pretty easy, but, as usual, mine doesn’t look the same. The recipe says to “fold in cheese “, but in the picture it’s melted on top. I also added mushrooms. But, the important part is…..it’s good! 😊

Love the flavors but its very soupy. next time i would use less cheese and add noodles or rice.

I used fire roasted tomatoes and cut the amout by about 1/4 based on previous reviews, and also added basil and thyme.

It was a little watery when coming out of the oven but it’s so good! My 17 month old ate so much!

Sorry but I thought this was a terrible combination of flavors and very soupy. I will not make this again.

Delicious, a little runny though, so you may want to reduce the liquids you add. Definitely warms the belly on a cold day.

I enjoyed the combination of tastes, This will be a major player in my recipes for years to come. My family could not get enough. It was simple to prepare using cut up chicken breasts that I broiled while I sauteed the squash and onions. The squash came from my garden which made me feel great.
