I liked this dish a lot, but I'm giving it 4 stars because I didn't think it was spicy enough and it ended up making way more than 4 servings. That being said, it is a pretty good tinga recipe! It was good served in tacos, but I also put a fried a egg over it and did a breakfast tostada that wasn't bad either.
