So, I was hesitant to try this recipe because it only had 8 reviews. I still went ahead and gave it a shot with just two minor tweaks. Not discarding the marinade and adding it to the sauce was one, the other was adding 1 teaspoon of curry powder to both the marinade and the sauce.
Now I know that’s not what the recipe called for but it made sense to me. Either way, try this recipe. I’ve made it twice in 4 days.
Very very yummy.

fantastic. used a can of coconut milk instead of cream. graham marsala instead of spuces for marinade. put fresh ginger in sauce.

Delicious! I was a little skeptical at first that it was going to actually taste like Indian cuisine based on the ingredients. But it actually turned out tasting just like Tiki Masala you’d get at and Indian restaurant. Even my super picky 5 year old loved it and asks for it all the time now. Thanks for the great recipe, this ones definitely going in the rotation!

delicious! next time i will use just a bit less cinnamon. my two year old son ate 3 helpings!

Delicious and great flavor! but I think I need to keep trying other recipes to compare this is my first ever attempt st Indian food!
