- 4 tomato (medium sized - nos, finely chopped)
- 4 green chillies (3- , finely chopped)
- chicken (Refer, Tikka recipe for the ingredients. For this biriyani we are using 1 Kg of chicken. So change the quantity of the ingredients accordingly.)
- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. chilli powder (red)
- 1 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. garam masala powder
- 1 cup yogurt (/curd)
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1/4 cup coriander (chopped)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- salt (to taste)
- 500 grams basmati rice
- 4 green cardamom
- 2 black cardamom
- 6 clove
- 10 whole black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cinnamon stick (one inch piece)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. ghee
- salt (as required)
- water (as required)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee
- 1 Tbsp. rose water
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1/4 cup coriander (Chopped)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (+ Water as required)
