    Ok the chicken wasn’t done. I had to cook the chicken a lot longer. The rice was delicious.

    Fantastic! So good I could hardly believe I made it myself. And it’s pretty easy to make.

    The rice took longer than 20 minutes to cook and therefore the chicken was overcooked. I felt it lacked flavour. It needs a different spice besides salt and pepper

    Excellent!!! I even added a little shredded carrot to add more flavor. I also made a small variation , I already had cooked the chicken in water with lots vegetables, so I just shredded the chicken and added it to the rice once the rice was cooked. Great!

    Easy dish. A great base dish. I added a slash of wine when cooking the mushrooms. Next time I might try flouring the chicken for a little breading. Other veggies like asparagus and bell might be nice to add as well.

    Great. I added some keifer lime leaves during the last 10 minutes and it added just the right touch.
