As usual, I didn't have exactly all ingredients. I used the chicken, tomatoe paste, I fried the potatoes in the chicken fat and olive oil. I sauté the whole onion, smashed up about 1/3 of a head of garlic, added chicken stock with the tomato paste. Added fresh green beans, let it cook for a short time. Add the fried potatoe chunks , stir, let it sit , added the chicken, covered with foil, slipped it in the oven, I used my second largest cast iron skillet. Always a good idea
