It turned out picture perfect and absolutely delicious!! My hubby (not a huge chicken fan) kept repeating how good it was & called the leftovers his. 😁

Everyone really enjoyed - seemed gourmet, but really easy to make. Used 5 boneless, skinless thighs so didn’t bake. Deglazed pan with white wine as others suggested. Didn’t have cream, so used milk and thickened with cornstarch.

This was delicious! I did have to bake it in the oven about 10 minutes longer than suggested to cook the chicken thoroughly but it was terrific! Soooo good!

Made this and THE SAUCEEEE 100😩 the thyme really brought it in together. Loved it 😍

Delicious! I had boneless, skinless thighs so I skipped the browning part and just dressed them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning and baked them with oil at 425 for 20 min. I sautéed the mushrooms in the bacon drippings and added some sun-dried tomatoes at the end which gave the recipe a lovely Tuscan flavor. Served over rice. Dad asked for the recipe!

Very delicious! Added some spinach and added over cheesy cauliflower rice. Family loved it.

I wasn't impressed. Maybe because I used boneless chicken thighs? I had to add a ton of garlicn, cheese & other herbs/spices to make it flavorful. Would not make again.

This recipe is deeply flawed. It is flavorless and the chicken is not cooked in the amount of time called for in the recipe. I had to add tons of seasoning to make it edible that was not called for in the recipe.

this was so easy, and so amazing, it made me look like a chef! I added roasted petite colored gourmet potatoes, and used ghee instead of oil, for its higher smoke point and health benefits. Also added some colored bell peppers chopped in squares for some greens. It was easy to add the potatoes and peppers on the sheet pan then after transferring the chicken, leave the rest to broil till done.

Turned out amazing and was super easy. Made it with chicken breast as well and turned out just as good!

The flavors in this dish were amazing! If you’re tired of cooking the same recipes and looking for something new, this is the dish for you.

Great flavor and richness. I’d say the sauce needs to be thickened. Perhaps next time will add cornstarch or flour

Great! Modified slightly by cooking chicken in a skillet. Browning the skin side well first. Setting aside, then adding mushrooms. Also added 1/2 medium diced onion. Cooked until onions translucent. Then added cream and the chicken thighs. Spooned sauce over until sauce began to thicken.
My bride’s first bite, she commented her approval. Will do this again.

Very good, I replaced the mushrooms with broccoli and it worked! Served it with mashed potatoes but it should be served on a bed of rice.

Amazing. The mushrooms and bacon were definitely the star of the show. Be careful with the salt I could tell it was going to be too much so I cut it back and it was still too much for me.

It was delicious if you don’t like too many mushrooms I would use less but followed recipe step by step and it came out perfectly

Love the fresh thyme. I used butter and olive oil to sauté the mushrooms. Delish!

Turned out extremely well with some extra time under the broiler to brown further.

Delicious sauce. I added about a teaspoon of powered chicken bouillon. Yum, it's definitely a keeper.
