My chicken thighs were a bit bigger so I baked them at 375 for about an hour and then added the feta for 5 minutes at the end. Really delicious, especially the artichokes.

Super quick and easy made it with chicken breasts and worked out great. A little crushes red pepper added on top gives it a nice zing.
