- 16 oz. chicken breasts (cut into pieces, about 4 small)
- 4 cups brown rice (prepared)
- 1 pkg. veggies
- corn
- peas
- carrots
- beans
- broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- sunflower seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/8 cup soy sauce (use ½ cup then add if you feel it needs it. I didn't want it to get too salty)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. garlic puree (or 1 clove garlic, minced)
- 2 Tbsp. starch (Corns, dissolved in 2 Tablespoon water)
