Tasty delicious, would have liked more sauce. Would increase sauce ingredients by 1.5 to 2 times more.

Delicious. Left out honey for dietary purposes and thought the flavors were excellent. Thanks for recipe.

Turned out great. Sauce was not too saucy and stuck to the chicken. Making again tonight (originally made around Christmas) YUM!

The chicken received a rating of "thumbs up" from the wife and "a million thumbs up" from the 7 year old, so I guess thats worth 5 stars? I used water instead of saki and 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce. Took a little longer than 10 minutes in the pan, but the sauce reduced brilliantly and created a nice glaze over the chicken.

My family enjoyed it very much! I even made a vegan version with the sauce, deliciousness all around tonught. Thank you.

It was pretty good.. We did it on a bed of rice with steamed broccoli on the side. we had to substitute sake with rice wine vinegar and honey with maple syrup and it came out good. I would have loved a little bit thicker of a sauce to cover my rice, but I didnt deduct a star for that. Will probably cook again using sake and honey as well for next time!

Very easy to make. Tasted fantastic. Will not buy store bought sauce again, this recipe is far better.

Definitely don't make it in a cast iron. learned our lesson there. otherwise it was good and smelled delicious while making it.

I didn’t have some of the ingredients for the sauce but followed the directions for the rest. Yes cooking the chicken on high heat with the sauce was questionable...

Very good! I made extra serving of the teriyaki sauce so I could drizzle it over the chicken and rice!

It was very easy and quick. If you like it sweet use a touch more honey. Don't forget to steam some broccoli with it.

Marinade is great! I unfortunately over cooked and burnt it so wasn’t able to experience its full flavours.

Incredibly easy and so delicious! Love this recipe. Big hit with my family. No modification other than doubling the recipe for my family of five. .

Delicious and very easy. Easily adaptable for smaller or larger crowds. Definitely a 'make again'!
I did not modify it at all.
