Just add season all some uncle crisp and lemon pepper to chicken tenders and it's come out delicious and around vegetables just add some butter the last thing you want to do is get a cup add water and into the water add some chicken broth or whatever chicken flavored juice you like you put it all over and that's it you don't really need to measure anything it's how you want it (:
