Everything was great per recipe but not crazy about the spinach in this-though we really like spinach! Just not in this.

Made this dinner for my husband and myself. This is an easy to prepare recipe
and it is so yummy. I served it over seasoned cauliflower rice. It made for a
perfect week night dinner after a busy day.
