This is a great recipe, but convoluted. It’s the same out of my Tagine cook book, except the true Middle Eastern dish doesn’t food process anything - there is no need to do this with a Tagine, the onions and everything thing else breaks down during the slow cooking clay pot.

This dish is amazing!!!! One of my favorites and it will now be in my regular rotation, and I cannot wait to make at my next dinner party. So easy and so much flavor!!!
