Wonderful but I made modifications. The recipe as written does not nearly make enough sauce. After making the sauce I realized the sauce made is salsa which I added to the sauce in the recipe because I didn’t have enough. Duh! So, if you want a quick version of this because you don’t have al this time to spend forgo making the sauce and just use salsa an even quicker version would be to pick up a rotisserie chicken from the store and shred that, which is also what I did
