    My kids are soooo picky so I modified this slightly and the loved it. Use the RoTel mild tomatoes. It was super easy. The only thing I would change is to use unsalted tortilla chips.

    I made this for the Family, it didn’t stand a chance. I added a little ancho chili power to spice it up a little. Will definitely adding this dish to our book. Thank you!!!

    My husband who did not want a chicken taco casserole really liked this. I didn’t have any tortilla chips so I sliced a couple flour tortillas and pan fried them to crisp. Also, I added about half cup frozen corn too. In lieu of sour cream I used some plain yogurt. I made a half size recipe, and after all those tweaks it was excellent.
