- 2 cups chicken breast strips (Fully Cooked Refrigerated Grilled, shredded)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 portabella mushrooms (large)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chicken and soy sauce. Stir until combined.
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Coarsely chop the mushroom stems, set aside.

I changed the minced garlic to garlic paste. I omitted the onion. I added Buffalo Chicken. i added spinach, cream cheese I added bacon it was phenomenal!
