  • 2 cups chicken breast strips (Fully Cooked Refrigerated Grilled, shredded)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 portabella mushrooms (large)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
    2. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chicken and soy sauce. Stir until combined.
    3. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Coarsely chop the mushroom stems, set aside.

    I changed the minced garlic to garlic paste. I omitted the onion. I added Buffalo Chicken. i added spinach, cream cheese I added bacon it was phenomenal!
